Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in original packaging with tags attached.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you by email. Approved refunds are processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

Non-Returnable Items

• Items marked as Final Sale
• Underwear and swimwear (for hygiene reasons)
• Gift cards

How to Start a Return

Email service@shamrockapparel.com with your order number and reason for return. Our team will provide a prepaid return label within 24 hours.

Exchanges

We offer free size or color exchanges on all eligible items. Contact us and we will ship the replacement as soon as your return tracking shows movement.

Cash on Delivery Orders

COD refunds are issued via bank transfer or store credit within 7 business days of receiving the returned item.
